Terms & Conditions
Rules for creators and brands using the CreatorPay platform.
Effective date: 16 October 2026
1. Acceptance and eligibility
By registering for or using CreatorPay, you agree to these Terms. You must be legally capable of entering into contracts and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activity carried out through your account.
2. What CreatorPay provides
CreatorPay is a platform for brands to organize influencer marketing campaigns and for creators to discover, apply for, and participate in those campaigns. Features may include Instagram account connection, application management, content submissions, publishing support, campaign insights, and compensation tracking. Availability depends on the app version, account eligibility, and third-party permissions.
3. Brand responsibilities
Brands are responsible for accurate campaign briefs, budgets, deadlines, content requirements, and compliance with advertising and consumer protection laws. A brand must have the necessary rights to any materials or trademarks it supplies. A campaign does not guarantee a particular number of views, conversions, or sales unless separately agreed in writing.
4. Creator responsibilities
Creators must provide authentic account information, follow approved campaign instructions, meet agreed deadlines, use content they own or are authorized to use, and make legally required sponsored-content disclosures. Creators must comply with applicable laws and Instagram/Meta platform rules. Submissions may be reviewed, rejected, or require revisions according to the campaign terms.
5. Campaign acceptance and content rights
Applying for a campaign does not guarantee acceptance. The applicable campaign brief and any separately agreed terms govern deliverables, timing, compensation, and permitted content use. Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, creators retain ownership of their original content and grant the brand only the usage rights agreed for that campaign.
6. Fees, payouts, and refunds
Campaign budgets, platform fees, commissions, creator payouts, and any applicable taxes should be shown or agreed before a campaign is confirmed. Creator compensation is subject to the campaign terms, required approvals, and successful completion of eligible deliverables. Payout methods and timing may vary, including manual settlement during early operations. Unused budgets, cancellations, disputes, and refunds are handled under the applicable campaign agreement and payment-provider rules; refunds are not automatic unless expressly stated.
7. Prohibited conduct
You must not use fake engagement, impersonate another person, submit misleading metrics, infringe intellectual property rights, publish unlawful or harmful content, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse CreatorPay or connected platform APIs. We may suspend or restrict accounts and campaigns where necessary to address violations or risks.
8. Third-party services
CreatorPay may integrate with Instagram, Facebook, and payment providers. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms and policies. Third-party availability, API permissions, and functionality may change independently of CreatorPay.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations, fraud, legal requirements, security concerns, or material operational risks. Users may request account closure. Outstanding payment obligations, dispute records, and provisions that reasonably survive termination may remain effective.
10. Disclaimers and liability
CreatorPay is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee campaign results, uninterrupted service, or third-party platform availability. Liability is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law; nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of India. Parties should first attempt to resolve disputes by contacting CreatorPay support. Any jurisdiction or dispute-resolution arrangements required for your business should be confirmed before publishing these Terms.
12. Contact and changes
Questions about these Terms can be sent to hello@creatorpay.co.in. We may revise these Terms and publish the updated version here with a new effective date.
